TRAC Grant Funding Application Information

Two Rivers Arts Council, a regional arts agency, supported from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency, along with the National Endowment for the Arts is requesting proposals for the 2023-24 Community Arts Access Program between Sept. 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024. Keep in mind the following:

  • The program must be held within the region shown in pink on the map.

  • All programs must include a public participation component.

  • Applicants must demonstrate a 25% cash match. The grant will be disbursed in two installments: prior to the event and after completion of final report and documentation.

  • Assistance will be provided to those unfamiliar with the grant-writing process.

The purpose of the program is to encourage community organizations and individual artists to use the arts to enhance the area’s economic and cultural well-being. Questions? Contact TRAC at 309-224-5358 or by emailing 4trac13@gmail.com.

Grant recipients must credit the IACA, NEA and TRAC in all promotional material and public notices in the following manner:

“This program is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency through federal funds provided by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Two Rivers Arts Council.”
